i felt so welcomed right away! the reception staff was super friendly. the resort grounds are gorgeous, really clean with beautiful gardens. our room was so spacious, super clean, and comfy. it had a great balcony!
the beach had a lot of seaweed and i kept smelling camels. it was also pretty overrun with kids, and i saw one kid touching the buffet food after scratching!

the swimming area is huge. lifeguards are around so i felt safe, especially with kids. the aquapark is really fun for everyone.

Excellent Experience at This Resort

The customer service I received was quite Really good. The staff was very friendly, from check-in to security to pool staff. Pascal was quite good with the room service. The room was clean with an excellent view. They gave me an early check-in. The beach access was good, and the adult pool was very relaxing with an excellent view of the oceanfront.

The staff offered really good service and they ensured a comfortable stay. Nuria from Guest Services was particularly helpful. I found the facilities state-of-the-art and the food was awesome. I certainly plan to return there.
I found the noise at night occasionally disruptive, especially when groups of school children rang our room's telephone late at night.

Our Beautiful Double or Twin Room Ocean View offered fantastic views and ample space for our family. It was very clean. Air conditioning worked effectively, maintaining a comfortable temperature throughout the day. The room contained a mini-fridge and a safe.
